I was thinking along the lines of "increase eco"-"sacrifice eco for 6" every other turn. Most stats can be increased twice a turn this way, but military are unlimited IIRC, so you could increase the army by 6 every other turn (=3 every turn.)

A cease fire is defined as both sides not attacking eachother while a peace treaty is worked out, not one side accepting the peace of another. I am willing to help mediate the peace treaty, to try and keep tempers calm while the two of you work it out. I never mentioned you must accept Arabia's peace.
