The Military searched the land for every man over 18 and under 40 for the military.If anyone dodged the draft they were considered inhuman for not wanting to help the nation in a time of need,and put to death.
After that,the drafties were being trained,and a part of the army was assembled to drop into the congress as they were in session,and tell them that they were now jobless,and that they should look for factory jobs or they'll starve to death.
The congress was broken up,and the building took down.And in the place of that building a new building was being erected...The "Diamond Sheath" in which the new seat of government would be.Talk of a name change isn't uncommon amungst the people.

Here we go again. I can't update today IN RUSSIAN TIME, which probably means that the update is tomorrow IN RUSSIAN TIME. IN RUSSIAN TIME it is 23:02 now. If someone can tell me what time is it in America, then I'll say when to expect the update. But don't expect it soon.

America is about 4-6 hours ahead of russian time (depending on where in russia/america you are of course) so you can work it out from there.

It probably spans 11 time zones but has one or two for most of the country as a communist legacy. Either that, or an average.

Hmm... I'm in the third Russian timezone from the western border. Yeah, we have lots of time zones, as "communist legacy" I think we just changed some nuisances like summer time or some other stuff. Don't know for sure.

Russia is too big. I say we need to shave off some territory so that it is easier to keep tack of time in their own country.

USA and Canada are big as well.
A proposition - let's rearrange the world by first erasing all borders and then dividing it into 24 nations, each in it's own time zone (and each with it's own single language... guess we will have to reeducate everyone who speaks a language different from that of the majority in that time zone).
