The crowd cheers even louder than the first time.

"Today I announce the formation of the country of Libya and invite them into the Islamic League, this is the second step in freeing the oppressed people. Turkey was the first step. I encourge all oppressed people in Africa to rise up against there British, Iberian, Occitanian, and Brazilian oppressers. The only way you will be free is if you take action against your oppressors. Rise up and defeat your oppressors! Do not be afraid the Arabian Caliphate will assist you anyway we can."
