Update 21 - Year 1922.
Global Events:
Panamese Republic is now effectively an independant state. In gratitude to the Aztecs, they agreed to return half of the Incan Central America to Azteca. Panama held its first election and communists won by a landslide.
Russo-British fleet continues to blockade Brazil. For the first time in perhaps all of history, the Russian and British fleets are fighting together, not each other. Meanwhile, the Russian, Madagascaran and White Helmet forces continue to advance throughout Brazil. Under effective assault, most of the coast has fallen - Iago III suffered a major defeat at Salvador where he was attacked from all directions. Russian helicopters assisted them in destroying numerous Brazilian bases, and the war is nearly over as Brazilians are running out of supplies. Incan attack from the east is proving quite effective at dismoralizing the Brazilians. Rumors are that Iago III is considering surrender.

The nuclear pollution in Buenos Aires area was cleaned up, but the city is not yet rebuilt. The spirit of many Brazilians remains broken after their great empire was toppled by a sudden attack.
General Antuan Ferros and 10 divisions loyal to him suddenly disappeared. It is believed by the press (and several intellegence services) that they were the former vanguard of the Black Army, thus the unit that is responsible for 75% of the atrocities in India. With this, Brazil practically has no army left - what little they still have is disintegrating very quickly.
The Ulster Rebellion is now officially over. Democracy is reestablished in Ireland.

The native population welcomes the anti-Brazilian forces as liberators. In a gesture of good will, Liberia withdrew from the Huanvilla, but didnt leave the entire colony as requested.

A new nuclear disaster takes place - this time, in Oceania.

Random Events:
Riots in support of the Burgundian Resistance begun in Brussels, soon spreading throughout most of the Old Burgundy (save for most of the French Burgundy where the locals already feel themselves more French then Burgundian). Inspired, 5 divisions worth of former Burgundian soldiers have joined the Resistance.
Several incidents happened on the Sweden-Finland borders, where Swedish Scandinavists raided Finnish territory in North Sweden and then escaped back into Sweden. After the Swedish government spoke out against them, the Scandinavists decided to move to Norway.

Nuclear Terrorism in Oceania?
The communists will stop at nothing. So will we.

In July 5th 1922, Brisbane and Jakarta were destroyed by nuclear explosions. Soon after, a footage was released of the communist leadership supposedly taking blame for this and saying that this was the punishment for the anti-Marxist democracy. The communist leadership denounced it soon after, so the desertions from the NZPA and other communist organizations were not very high. The government still does say that the communists are responsible.
This event did, however, bring in more volunteers for the Capitalist Oceanians (as did the launch of the first capitalist satellite into the orbit). Nevertheless, a large political opposition appeared, enraged at the militarys incompetence, demanding the removal of martial law and court-martialing of Marshall Neville, whose troops were allegedly placed around those two cities prior to the explosions. Population is quite dismoralized as well by the success of those attacks.
The explosion in Jakarta enraged the Muslims of Java. Blaming both the communists and the government forces, the Javans rebelled to create an independent Muslim state. The rebels failed to take all of the island, though. Also, luckily, they are only supported by the radical part of Muslim population.
The remaining Australian Communists either went into the underground, either were evacuated to New Zeeland. Oceanians established a blockade around New Zeeland, but two Oceanian ships seem to have been attacked by submarines or sabotaged, allowing some of the Australians to sneak through.
Oceania failed to achieve air supremacy over New Zeeland as NZPA pilots were better trained then expected. Some say that it is merely a matter of time, though.

The Nuclear Clouds still hang over the cities of Brisbane and Jakarta, and yet another rebellion had broken out in the island of Java. Our government however shall stand resolute against any of these challanges that these rebellions pose to us.
We shall hunt down the perpetrators of the nuclear explosions and eliminate them. We shall continue to defend the sovereignty of our nation and destroy those who seek to destroy the democracy that this nation clings to. The freedom of enterprise, relgion and politics are the three cornerstones of this government!
Thus I am enacting the following. Martial Law will be ended in all areas except for those in rebellion and immediate surroundings, therefore returning the rule of the consitiution to al parts of Oceania minus these areas (Rebellion areas are the islands of New Zealand and Java). The Blocakades of New Zealand and Java shall still continue. Futhermore my Workplace Relations Laws will come to effect immediatley, allowing for the right to unions, severance pay, 8 hour working days, 40 hour working weeks, holdiay pay, sick leave and compassionate leave. Unpaid maternity leave will also come into effect. This will ensure the economy of Oceania stays strong but the people of Oceania are protected!
Lastly late last night the news of the suicide of Marshall Neville was announced. His family requests privacy iun this hour and we shall give it to them. His suicide note simply read 'I have failed! The new armed services commander is yet to be announced. A state funeral has been offered for the vetran commander who came to promince during the Indian War.
