Gelion - Zululand or Cuba. RealGoober just took the Sioux. France or Occitania could be interesting, or you could bring Japan out of global isolation. Oceania would also be a solid choice.

i estimate 40-50 nuclear detonations by update, so Von Dunkelheit resigned & went to his private resort 'Arc' underground in the bavarian alps. after the radiation level is down years later, he and a selected group of geneticly superior beings will repopulate the earth and communism will be teh basic law and religion of every man!
