Indeed, Switzerland probably won't take Vienna. I, on the other hand, might. If you've sent such a large force east against Poland, I presume you didn't send a meaningful relief force to break the siege of Vienna. And since I can't imagine the garrison trapped inside the city is terribly large, I imagine my assault will succeed, if expensively.

Depends where exactly in the east you directed those troops, though. If you sent the entire thing to relieve Vienna, then yes, you'll beat me; but you'll probably also permit a further Polish advance. If you concentrated on the Polish front, I may still take Vienna. If you divided your forces, its a toss-up on both fronts.

EDIT: My assault on Vienna consists of 65 Divisions, 20 of which are the elite Grenadiers. Depending on to what degree I was able to manage the refit, some or all of those divisions will be equipped with the Krag-Jorgensen rifles. Thom, how many Polish divisions are on the HRE front?
