This treaty will NOT be signed by Peru! Peru acknowledges the effort made by the Federated Kingdoms, but will not sign any treaty before we know how it will impact us. Specifically, Peru believes that the Portuguese colony of Brazil should be partitioned between the Federated Kingdoms, Peru and the Holy Roman Empire.

We believe this for the following reasons:
The Federated Kingdoms should have a part so that they can link their colony in Guyana with their colony in the Plate area.
The Holy Roman Empire should get a part as reparation for the damages they suffered during the Portuguese invasion.
Peru should get some due to losses suffered by our troops. Peruvian forces dealt with most of the Portuguese forces in Neugranada and helped save the lives of many allied troops by cutting the supplylines between Brazil and Neugranada.
Specifically we believe Brazil should be partitioned as seen on the enclosed map. This is, of course, open to discussion, but we do think it very important that it is divided between our three nations. Possibly even forming a new independent nation in parts of the area under Federate protection.

Huh-Wha?

 So Portugal is still fighting the HRE?

Would be a shame for all those treaties to go to waste if you don't send them with your orders, no? ;)

I know I said it a thousand times before, but...

wait....so orders are due monday my time?

Gah, Ill just send orders today. Sometime today. For sure. Definately.

The Federated Kingdoms recognizes the right of Peru and HRE to not sign the Enterprise treaty, and so it will only be binding to Portugal and the FK. All former Portugese colonies, however, are now legaly FK territory and any intrusion onto them will result in an immediate war with the FK. We were going to offer Peru and others to keep the territory they have occupied, but since that is not acceptable to them we won't do so. We request immediate withdrawal of Peruvian forces from FK territory.

Where is Kalthazar that old mushroom?

If the FK were going to offer territory to HRE and Peru why didn't they inform us about this then? Why did the FK take it upon themselves to negotiate over the head of their allies?
Peru is extremely disappointed in the leadership of the FK. However, you do not leave us any choice. We will pull out of Brazil. At the same time we wish to inform the Federated Kingdoms that we wish to cancel our alliance and that Federate warships are no longer welcome in Peruvian ports. We do not feel that the FK has treated us with the respect due an ally. We fought the FK was an honorable nation, but it seems that the primary concern is to gain more land.

Furthermore we are recalling our representation from London for talks. We will let the FK know soon what impact this federate decision will have on the FK-Peruvian relations.

We see. In that case we request that FK withdraws all it's forces from Neugranada.

Dang there goes my hopes for continued warrings

IC: Dalnorossia requests a prompt reply from the Ottoman state regarding the further territorial transfers. (I'm going to be sending orders in the next six hours or so)

If no reply is forthcoming we will assume the Constantipol agreement to be in full effect and will expect our payments soon.

FK, you will most likely rule the world some day but if things go wrong you'll wish you'd treated your allies the way they deserved when they were still your allies.
