The rain pelted the city of Moscow. There seemed to be something dark and foreboding in the air. Lightining flashed in the sky along with the distant roll of thunder. A messager came bolting through the city roads splaterring wet mud against the people walking along the side. The horse whinned gasping for breathing as it galloped toward the Kremlin. “Open the gates!” he scremaed to the guards. “I am a messanger for the Tsar!”
The guards glanced at each other and pushed open the large wrought iron gates allowing him to ride directly into the fortress. The messanger lept off his horse and ran toward the chambers of the Tsar. The Tsra who was at the moment meeting with his nobles was horrified to see a soaking wet and mud covered man running toward him at full speed. “Guards! Guards!” he screamed The messanger held up his hand “Tsar I have a message for you!”
The gurads grabbed him and held him in place. “You are dripping mud on my carpet” said the Tsar angrily. “What message could be so important that you would dare carry out such an affront?”
“My lord an army approches the city!” The Tsar frowned “What nonsense is this? There is no army within a hundred miles of here.”
The messanger shook his head empathethically “ Your son advances upon the city with an army.”
“Now why would he possibly do that….” Said the Tsar trailing off as realization dawned on him.
“No” he whispered.

Lines of men began marching down the muddy roads of Moscow. Their guns shouldered they were the first troops to enter Moscow since the Polish. At the head rode Alexius. As they neared to Kremlin had them sourround the entire building covering all possible exits.
The Royal Guard formed up in front of the wall blocking direct acess into the Kremlin. “Halt in the name of the Tsar!” shouted the Captain “This is treason!”
Alexius responded by deploying his troops within firing range. The soldiers took aim the bayonets on the end of their rifles flashing.
The Royal Gurad Captain paled visibly “You…you…cannot do this!” he spluttered
Alexius sneered “Watch me” he turned to his men and shouted “Fire!” the crack of rifles filled the air. The bullets tore through the Royal Guard ranks ripping through their flesh. Blood splattered against the walls and men collasped screaming in a bloody heap.
Alexius drew his pistol and opened fire as well. His bullet smashed into the Capitain’s skull blowing half his head off. The man collasped his brains leaking onto the ground.
The few remaining surviors dropped their weapons and surrendered. There was now nothing standing between him and the Kremlin. The gate was battered down and his men charged in.
Alexius picked off defenders along the walls. The sound of gunfire and shouts filled the air.
After the intial fighting at the walls the remainder of the Kremlin was secured with ease. His men moved through the fortress systametacially rounding up anyone found and locking them in the dungeons for later interoggation.
In the course of an hour the entire Kremlin was secure.

Well, I know I could place a legitimate claim on Istria, Croatia, and Dalmatia, but truth be told, I don't feel like having to deal with Croat and Italian separatists. This is a Magyar national state, even at the expense of some of the more far-flung lands of St. Stephen's Crown.
