If the FK declares war on France for declaring war on the Ottoman Empire, both Persia and Qing China would be obligated through alliance to declare war on the FK.
It's likely that, then Italy, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden would fall into the French court, where the HRE, Muscovy and Siam would side with the FK.
World War and chaos will ensue, with the likely outcome of French victory on land, British victory at Sea.
In effect, von Dunkelheit will sneer as his seemingly insignificant Prussian insurrection provided the first step toward total war.
