Not so great, but they might work. I apologize for this das, I'm on something of a vacation and so getting time on a computer is a bit difficult.If it's all rather too much to do the military aspects, I just ask the civilian ones be carried out instead, and the blockade be maintained as previously. Probably the wiser course of action anyway...

Well, considering you're only allowed to bring 20 military personnel, unless you intend to blow it up with suicide bombers, who cares? 
Also, historically, stories written after an update starts don't count until the next update, so writing one now would be somewhat moot...

It is a bit premature to go for the brass ring though imho, it isn't like I forgot to fortify troops in Beijing and the Shandong.
