THE TREATY OF LISBON
Signed 1753, Anno Domini
The Kingdom of France, accepting the Portugese surrender, and agreeing to come to the table concerning a peace - has published the Treaty of Lisbon in order to establish lasting peace, and to end the former Portugese-French conflict. This treaty has been accepted by all currently party to this war.
ARTICLE I.
The King of Portugal shall renounce his title, and confer it to the King of France. With the title of the King of Portugal, he shall also confer the possesion of Portugal to the Kingdom of France.
ARTICLE II.
The Former King of Portugal shall accept no claim to the Portugese thrown, or any Portugese colonies, and show now take upon the title of the Emperor of Brazil.
ARTICLE III.
The Former Kingdom of Portugal, now the Empire of Brazil, shall remove itself from the territories as shown on the attached map. The territories shall be parceled as shown, amongst the powers of the world. The Empire of Brazil will recognize the legitmacy of the claims on these territories, and shall cease any claims herself.
ARTICLE IV.
The Empire of Brazil shall sign 10 year pacts of Non-Aggression to all parties involved in the war against her.
ARTICLE V.
The Empire of Brazil shall be restricted to a military of no more than 10 Squadrons, and 30 Divisions.
ARTICLE VI.
The Empire of Brazil shall be forbidden to make any agreements with the Incan Empire above a pact of Non-Aggression.

Seeing as the Union of Scandanavia has given up in its request for reparations, and for islands in the baltics, we ask that you agree to the peace as we have discussed before, whereby you shall remove yourself from Eastern Europe, yet we shall still recognize the union of Romania and the Union of Russia as a personal one, though we require that Romania be left its independence.
