Trust us when we say that we value our alliance highly, and regret that we were forced to pressure you into a situation which you did not desire. However, we hope that such will not dampen our relationship too strongly, and we assure you that your great nation continues to have our support in ensuring the prosperity of the Scandanavian peoples. We will gladly contribute whatever is needed to improve the state of the Hungarian military, and insure that the Kingdom of Hungary shall be able to adequately defend itself from any threats to its soveriegnty. We shall also be glad to contribute to the economic state of the Kingdom of Hungary, and we shall encourage the flow of investment towards the Hungarian Kingdom by our very own nation and its prosperous economy. We shall also issue a garuntee of independence towards your nation, to further assure that your soveriegnty is never violated. However, we caution that Eastern Europe remains a very unstable and volatile region, and we hope that you shall do what is in your power to increase said stability.

OOC: Well Portugal and I were never strong allies, we worked together out of conveinence, and only limitedly. French hegemony can't be assured if you've got another strong naval superpower at your back door.

Seeing as the Union of Scandanavia has given up in its request for reparations, and for islands in the baltics, we ask that you agree to the peace as we have discussed before, whereby you shall remove yourself from Eastern Europe, yet we shall still recognize the union of Romania and the Union of Russia as a personal one, though we require that Romania be left its independence.

The Incan Empire opposes the Treaty of Lisbon, more so Article VI than all others. Why should the Empire of Brazil be limited in such a fashion? The Incan Empire has stayed out of the war and out of the affairs of the world but we so no reason why this condition should remain.
