While the first point can be easily agreed upon we have some difficulties with the second term. Obviously we have no intentions to take advantage of the current situation of the Ottoman Empire, however we are trying to keep any kind treaties, which would force Portugal into any specific way, at a minimum. Therefore we suggest to strike the second term.

France backs up the statements made by Russia. The people of Greece deserve to be free from the oppression which has bound them for centuries. Furthermore, we agree with the statement that all troops must be removed from Orthodox areas, due to the fact that such troops pose threats to the civilians which live in these regions, attempting to establish a life for themselves under the discrimatory Islamic laws present in the Ottoman System.

Perhaps the reforms do not mvoe as quickly as you may want be they are happening. Perhaps you should have thought about it before you chose to oppress these people for hundreds of years. You have one month (OOC: until I wake up, about 7-8 hours from now) to withdraw all of your military from primarily Orthodox areas of your Empire and to recognize the independance of Greece. If you refuse you will face war and the imminent destruction of your Empire.
