These are the boundaries that the Ottomans have proposed; Russia summarily rejected them due to their continued meddling in the Thracian region. Clearly, they are overreaching themselves, attempting to become a major power player in the Mediterranean Sea.

As it is, the Ottoman Empire officially recognizes the nations of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia, Armenia, Georgia, and the Byzantine Empire, and denounces the illegal Russian occupation of Dagestan, a primarily Muslim, and sovereign Ottoman territory, and their continued occupation of the sovereign Ottoman territory of Thrace, and furthermore their illegal occupation of the soon-to-be Byzantine city of Constantinople.

Ironically, we are offering the same thing to them that they offered to us. Withdraw from all these territories, or continue the war.

Withdraw from these territories, Tsar. You claim you are fighting for the self determination of all Orthodox peoples; then DO SO! WITHDRAW from these territories which you have illegally invaded and occupied! If you remain in these territories past this year, then let it be known to all the people of the Europe and the Earth that the Russian Tsar is fighting a war of conquest; that he is trying to establish puppet regiemes in the Balkans; that he is trying to drastically alter the balance of power in Europe!
