They disobeyed the rules and were forcefully teleported back to Russia. Seriously though, do I have to go back to reminding everybody to post the EXACT locations of EVERY SINGLE DIVISION OR SQUADRON EVERY SINGLE TURN? I thought I pointed this out often enough (and btw, the same goes for some other players...).

Now that I checked your last turn orders, SB, you DID have troops in Serbia. Lets just assume that their commander decided to retreat for one reason or another when the coup commenced and the Krakowians invaded...

The Russo-Krakow crissis has been solved and even stronger ties are to develop.

In addition, there are probably a few things Wubba needs to know about bulgaria: it is a sattelite of Russia, with a ruler who is a relative of the Russian Tsar and a legislature that is at least 2/3 solidly pro-Russian. I would apreciate if you would stay in character given all of this.
