Petra and his men marched on the capital. As chaos reigned throughout the country of [wouldn't you like to know], he strode proudly on. Of course we know he came after the area for a mile ahead of him was secured, but that matters not. He was the people's man, he was the military's man, and he was no the Monarch's man.
The people of the country lived in squalor because of their neglect, their King rarely sends orders. The monarchy kept the money for themselves and the country was in a pickle. The rich grew richer as the government kept the money for itself, and the poor grew poorer, some of the whites even having to work side by side with a black. Children not of the aristocracy had no schooling and little food. Some never even heard of countries like the EUA or Japan. These were novelties of little consequence for those trying to get by. The people longed for glory, for redemption, for a government that cared. And Petra offered that and more.
Petra walked to the stage. He raised his hand in a greeting and salute to all. "People, people of the nation. We must unite to save our country. But the foe is niether foreign nor black, but from within. The foe is the King my friends. The one who's name must not be uttered lest his evility grow ever larger. People, we must unite in the New Year, unite to even the playing field, unite to create a better country for ourselves and our children.
On the turing of the year, we must also turn the page in our history. We must rise up and revolt, we must riot in the streets. Make them declare a state of emergency, because people, this is a state of emergency, the emergency of corruption, the emergency of not having food to feed your kids. Of watching your daughter starve while the nameless king feasts on imported moose and gnome flesh. MUITOS WE MUST ARISE AGAINST THE KLEPTO-MONARCHY AND RULE OUR NATION FOR US. CHIPISTS AND CITIZIEN UNITE TO FORM A FUTURE FOR US ALL. WE UNITE FOR SURVIVAL! WE UNITE FOR FREEEEEDDOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

No. Except maybe Austrian cavalry, except they didn't have the pickelhaube, and instead it was more of a crest rather than a spike. Austrian infantrymen donned grey caps.

Well yes, Franz Josef wore the helmet. He was royalty, he probably had a very nice one, but if you look at pictures of the Austrian military then you will see that they do not wear the Pickelhaube.
