Swastikas aren't a Nazi symbol. The backwards, tilted swastika, yes. Otherwise, it's a perfectly good Hindu, Basque, and Anasazi symbol.

The fires burned low in the camp as night came. In the darkness of the night a messenger rode rapidly thundering over the roads toward the Rajput war camp.
“Halt!” called the guards “Who goes there?”
“A messenger for the Emperor! I have urgent news for General Vishwanath Pratap Singh from the Emperor himself!”
“Come closer then.” Ordered the guard “Let me see if your message bears the Imperial Seal.” The guard examined the elaborate wax seal on the envelope and nodded. “Proceed inside.”

“We accepted the Parsees when they fled from the Muslim invasion of Persia. And they repaid us by taking over our businesses and wealth. We accepted the Muslim invader and they looted our country, raped our women, defiled our honor, and conquered our land. We accepted the Christians traders and they took our cities and forcibly converted our people. The tolerance of the Hindu’s has brought nothing but death, destruction, and slavery upon our peoples. It is time that we took severe measures against our enemies. Our society has been built on peace and tolerance. But peace and tolerance are not respected in the world. Only violence and hatred can change the course of our nation. This is Hindustan! This is the land of the Hindu’s not the Muslims, or the Christians, or the Chinese! He was courageous, a lion on the battlefield, during the battle of Haldighati he was outnumbered by thousands of Mughal soldiers lead by the Muslim prince Salim and the traitorous Rana Man Singh of Amber. Yet he fought! He fought courageously single handedly slaying his enemies by the dozen with his sword in his hand and his trusty horse Chetak!” he leapt up and staggered around the campfire drunkenly swinging his arms.
“My noble ancestor swung his sword hither thither cleaving off heads, dismembering bodies. No one could stop him, the Mughal Prince Salim fled in terror leaving the battle to the treacherous Man Singh may he have been reincarnated as a worm! Anyway my great ancestor charged forward on his mighty steed to slay the traitor Man Singh! Man Singh was mounted on an elephant and my ancestor rode right up in front of the elephant. He was a mere few feet away from its powerful trunk and well muscled legs yet he did not flinch.” Pratap Singh paused to bend down a pick up a stick that lay on the ground.
“Next he took up a shining lance many meters long. Man Singh ordered his elephant forward to crush Rana Pratap where he stood. Then my ancestor hurled the lance at Man Singh” Pratap Singh threw the stick he held and it landed a few feet away. He stared at it and swayed drunkenly.
The men leaned forward “What happened next they asked? Did Rana Pratap slay Man Singh?”
Pratap Singh sighed and shook his head “No the wretched Man Singh ducked just in time. The lance struck the mahout and the elephant ran amok while Man Singh struggled to control it. Meanwhile hundreds of the Mughal soldiers attacked my illustrious ancestor from behind as the Muslims would. The Muslims were overwhelming his forces. It seemed destined that he would die on the battlefield. However a loyal lieutenant of the Jhala clan convinced him that it was better to flee and fight another day then fight to the death. So he donned Rana Pratap’s armor and took to the field while meanwhile Rana Pratap escaped. The lieutenant was killed almost instantly however Rana Pratap continued to fight the Mughals. Not a single day of rest did Akbar know. He was hounded constantly, his camps attacked, his men killed. My illustrious ancestor fought him till his untimely death." he sighed again
"However even upon his death he made his son swear to continue eternal struggle against the Mughals and all foreign invaders who sought to conquer Hindustan. That oath was passed down from father to son until it came to me. I fought against the Mughals, and I fought against the Sikhs, and the Persians. I lead our armies at the battle of Delhi where I shattered the Sikh army and massacred their men. Yet my work is not done. Invaders and traitors abound. They would sell their land and their people for coin and they would have us be slaves once more. I intend to keep that oath that was made by my ancestors. I shall not rest until every single foreigner who seeks to oppress and pillage Hindustan lies dead at my feet with his blood staining my boots. I care not how long it takes, nor how many fall, nor what sufferings I must endure. I will fight the invaders till my dying breath. I shall do justice to the honor of the Rajputs, to the honor of Rana Pratap my ancestor, I shall never compromise honor for safety. I will die a proud and free man as my ancestors did.”
The men seated around the campfire nodded and murmured their assent.
”Forgive me but I am looking for General Vishwanath Pratap Singh” a voice interrupted
Pratap Singh turned “I am he, give me your message”
The messenger recoiled slightly in shock before he gained control of himself The General’s face was fearsomely scarred, a large scar cut across his forehead in an X shape traveling down to his chins. An eye patch covered his left eye. “Well?” he demanded,” Where is the message?”
“Uh…of course” the messenger stuttered and handed over the envelope.
Pratap Singh broke the seal and ripped open. As his eyes scanned the message his expression turned to horror.
“What is it General? Asked his young lieutenant Bhim Sing.
“The Emperor has declared our cause to be hopeless. He has surrendered to the Chinese and ordered all Rajput men to commit jauhar and all women to immolate themselves in funeral pyres.” He crumpled the paper and tossed it to the ground.
"It is far better to live like a lion for a day than to live like a jackal for a hundred years. May history remember this day forever.”

The below proposal is the Chinese plan for peace and prosperity in the Indian subcontinent.
(OOC: This is informal. I may do a formal treaty later.)
Rajput India will cede control of Nepal, the Indus Valley and the Ganges Delta to China.
A new ruling family for Rajput India will be selected from among the highest ranking of the Rajput nobility.
The region of Nepal shall become a permanent part of the Xin Han Empire with a level of autonomy equivalent to that of Tibet. The region, historically a part of Qing China, will thus return to its Chinese roots.
The Indus Valley and Ganges Delta will temporarily come under the authority of the Xin Han Empire, during which time they will be developed and brought up to a modern standard. During this time, they will have limited autonomy.
After Chinese-overseen modernization is complete, the Indus Valley shall become the Sultanate of the Indus and the Ganges Delta shall become the Sultanate of Bengal with leaders chosen from among the most prominent leaders of the Muslim community. These new nations shall sign permanent alliances with the Xin Han Empire and will sign 10-turn NAPs with the Rajput Empire.
The Xin Han Empire will provide economic aid in the form of 3 EPs to the Rajput Empire to aid in their modernization efforts.
