I think you under estimate silver.

Silver fights to the end. However, Rajput India will soon have its end. As Dis's numbers indicate, even if Silver sacrifices two economy levels, China will still have more EPs without sacrificing any economy levels. China's army, navy and air force are all larger and better trained, particularly the air force, which is the best in the world. Rajput India is experiencing a revolt of its Muslim population (nearly half of the unoccupied population), a population that the Chinese have given a very generous offer to. Silver would need to have his best turn ever to survive next update, let alone win.

(Alternatively, France and Russia could put aside arms and decide to invade China instead, but that possibility is not particularly realistic.)

Remember that France has 3 ECs controlled by Spanish and Italian rebels and three controlled by Segu, all of which (I expect) will be recaptured by France once the war is over. This is, of course, assuming France manages at worst a tie, which is the most that can be expected from Russia unless France is betrayed by one of its more powerful allies.
