That does not work, Tried changing my location to Britain(in windows), but that did not help, it is in Estonian... I don't think I even have Estonian language addon in my windows... All that is in "Estonian" format is my keyboard (keys) placement (I can make cool chars like ü õ ö ä), and maybe some time settings...

I don't know about Gimp, Northen Wolf. I would perhaps attemp to ask Gimp's support or post the problem in any Gimp forum, and then hope to get help (They must be out there somewhere).

I will post more tools later (And also add the NESing Guides (Magic etc)) soon.
