That would be cool, but I can imagine it'd be a hell of a job. Im not going to ask anyone to do that! I might have a go with that chart program myself at some point.
I have a question: Does Plankton Eating also mean eating things like aphids or small insects/bacteria/organisms on land? If not, please remove that gene too. Also, could he be green/brown?
I dont think 'plankton eating' should be the same as eating insects on land. I think you need specialised organs to filter out plankton from water, which dont have much use on land.
And yep it can be any colour you want, so long as its not too wierd. But then ive already made some wierd colour schemes myself...

I've been keeping an updated evolution tree in FreeMind for several updates now, actually.
Though I can't upload it right now, becuase my school's wireless is down and the file's on my laptop.
Decloak: No such thing. Take multiple and put the pieces together in Paint by hand. You only need two Paint windows open at a time so the only actual limit is your RAM. I had to piece together a bunch of Google maps at 8-zoom resolution to make 7200x2905 and 5000x4300 images of Russia and China for city positioning.
Oh well - time to try another track (but wasn't it ever thus with evolution!)
Uglyworm: RFHolloway
Evolved from: Uglybug
Genes added(3): Eating Dead Things x1, communal behavior x1, Jaws x1,
Genes lost (1): Leaping x1
Description: The Uglyworm lost the ability to leap for the now non-existant prey and through a limited ability to recognise other Uglyworms became territorial, defending good sources of food with its more developed jaws.
Well, there you guys go. If someone wants to edit them together, please do. I can do uploads like this on request, although this shows absolutely everything that has ever evolved, so I don't see why anyone would need that this turn. Unless they can't read the text, which while small and a slightly blurred, is still legible.
And if anyone is wondering, the Green Checkmarks mean that an animal is still alive.
EDIT: Whoops, too many eels are alive on this chart. Oh well, ignore that. Go ask Thlayli how many are surviving.
Iggy, I have 1.25 on each eye separately, and I can read the words, but they are certainly not showing well. I can of course zoom in infinitely much, but the resolution doesn't improve, so neither does legibility.
Still, one heck of a project you have there. I've fallen behind on my slimeotron phylum, to the point where it's unlikely I'll ever manage to catch up.
EDIT: Also, looking at the slimeotron phylum you have there, I'm almost beginning to wonder if Daft was out to get me this last turn. In the order inheriting from Proto-moss (my youngest living species, era 12), there are 13 species. 8 died in this update, 5 survived. Of the 8 that died, 6 were mine, 1 NPC and 1 tuxedohamm iirc. Of the 5 that survived, none was mine. Gah.
Spoiler:
Just joking Daft, I have no complaints at all, the time of the Fern forests is ended. Time for something new.
Well, I can't show things at any closer scale without requiring 8 pictures. And my uploads folder is quite full. I'll do closeups on demand.
My big problem is things like the Yuckii and Zeeboos, who are difficult to fit on the screen, due to their linear evolution for the last 15 or so updates.
Ebiscone : tuxedohamm
Evolved from: Koranops
Genes (22): Drifting x2, Plankton Eating x7, Spikes x1, Tentacle x2, Smelling x2, Cold Resistance x1, Swimming x3, Exoskeleton x1, Eyes x1, Silk Production x1, Insect Eating x1
Description: The Ebiscone has formed Refined protien producing glands between the eyes and mouth. These glands produce a silky protien that the Ebiscone stretches between a set of tentacles which it holds up above the water while in the shallows, marshes, swamps and estuaries. Flying insects can be trapped in the silk and brought to the mouth of the creature. This is currently only seen in areas heavily infested with insects since the tentacles can't be held above the water for very long.
Ebiscone was 22 not 19 as list in stats
Blue Eferscone : tuxedohamm
Evolved from: Ebiscone
Gene added (you can add 3, or 4 with bonus): Silk Production x1, Insect Eating x1, Water Retention x1
Gene removed (optional, remove up to 3 or 4 with bonus): [reminder: leave at least one gene for feeding/getting energy!]
Description: The Blue Eferscone evolved in the insect rich period after the mass extinction. Improved silk production allowed for more special use webbing. Now instead of just holding a web above water level, the Eferscone can attach web to low hanging limbs or other objects close to the water level. Adding silk between this object and the raised tentacles allows the Eferscone to create a larger web area to capture more insects. Also, it is now able to pull it's tentacles into it's exoskeleton should it get stranded out of water and wait out for the next high tide.
@Daft: I reordered the genes for this one: Movement, Food, Defense/Attack, Senses, Resistances, Other (Multipurpose) Structures
Blue Eferscone : tuxedohamm
Evolved from: Ebiscone
Genes (25): Drifting x2, Swimming x3, Plankton Eating x7, Insect Eating x2, Exoskeleton x1, Spikes x1, Silk Production x2, Smelling x2, Eyes x1, Cold Resistance x1, Water Retention x1, Tentacle x2

@Lord Iggy, that is very awesome. Thanks for posting it!!! As for the conflicts, the census thing is what im going with. The Golden Imperieel and Stormfish should be extinct.
@Niklas, im not biased! I must admit I keep forgeting who created some of these plants. So at least im not biased that way!
