New DLC civs vs new DLC leaders

Shah Jahan was not just "a religious zealot". He was a capable leader. Also your quote is ironic since the man built the Taj Mahal, the most famous building in all of India, an an architectural marvel which is often called the most beautiful building in the world.

Taj Mahal is a tomb. Calling it greatest Indian achievement would be a lack of understanding on Indian architecture. The greatest surviving Indian achievement would be the rust proof 100% iron pillar standing in Delhi for 1600 years.

Capability has nothing to do with religious tolerance and freedom of speech. Hitler was a capable ruler too. Why don't we have Germany represented by Hitler?

And yeah right, he "built" a tomb to "mark" his love to his second wife, who died while delivering his 14th child. Sounds very plausible.

The Taj Mahal is a true marvel of human ingenuity and undeniably one of the most remarkable structures on the planet. I can't believe you are so oblivious to this. The Taj Mahal may not be 1600 years old, but it stands among structures such as the Great Pyramids and the Great Wall as true monuments of humankind. Do you have any idea how difficult it was to build such a wonder, compared to building an iron pillar? Do you have any idea how ornate or beautifully designed it is? It is unrivaled by any other Indian structure and the fact that it is a tomb is irrelevant, even if it had been a shopping mall, it would still have been a wonder of the world.

Because Shah Jahan was not a mass murderer or a genocidal maniac who is remembered for plunging the world into a war of which we still bear the scars today.

How is it implausible? The man loved her very much and had done so since his late teen? And how is having many children a fact of not loving her? Besides it's not Jahan's fault Mumtaz died, she died on the battlefield, as she had chosen to accompany her husband in one of his war campaigns, instead of remaining home.

So is the Mausoleum of Mausolis at Halicanarsus and so are the Pyramids of Giza and they were all considered Wonders of the World.
