New Random Events (Funny Ones)

There is a nuclear protests event, but I'm pretty sure it applies to building nuclear power plants, not nuclear missiles. I could be mistaken though; I've never seen it in-game.

A working model of a top-secret military project has been leaked to the public. However, many of them think it is a UFO from outer space.

-Claim that the sightings were, indeed, aliens. (+25% :culture:, -1 XP in all cities for 10 turns)

-Keep a low profile. Deny any claims the public makes. (+1 :mad: in all cities for 4 turns)

Figures I should have gone with my gut on that one. I turned around and assumed what I knew was wrong.

There's probably a joke event somewhere in there as well.

Option 1: LOLCats? LOL. (+2 :mad: in all cities for many turns)
Option 2: Ban LOLCats. (+1 :mad: in all cities for many turns, expenses)
Option 3: Ban LOLCats, set up funny rehabilitation centers. (big expenses)
Option 4: Return the LOL in LOLCat. (+1 :) in all cities permanently, consumes Great Artist)

The citizens of <city> wish to join Nigeria! However, they need your bank account number so they can give Nigeria a show of faith before joining

Option 1: Give them your credit card number: -1000 gold. It turns out Nigeria never really wanted them in the first place.
Option 2: Don't give them your credit card number. -1 happiness for ten turns and barbarian city "Nigeria" spawns on the map (it's already got 10000 gold from previous scams so it's a juicy target)
Option 3: Show them the email they got on Scopes: +100 beakers to your current research and event cannot repeat itself for your civilization. However, the city in question goes through one turn of revolt as the citizens en masse take the day off work to browse through other Scopes truths and myths
 
Legalization of Prostitution.
Requires:Code of Laws
Option 1. Legalize prostitution +1 :) in cities that didn't found religion. +1:mad: in cities that found a religion. +1:yuck: all cities because of VD's
Option 2. Prostitution illiegal. +1 :) in shrine cities. +1 :mad: all other cities.
Option 3. Remains illegal, govt official caught in prostitution ring. +2:mad: for ten turns, citizens are outraged. -20% city maintenance costs for 10 turns. Govt officials are getting some, are happier, and govt is running more efficiently.
