New Warloads install - fails on first start

Civ4 patched to 1.61 prior to warlords install. I get to the InitXML (uncached) display then get a series of XML errors:

Tag: TRAIT_TOLERANT in Info class incorrect. Current XML file is: Buildings/CIV4SpecialBuildingsInfos.XML

Tag: GAMESPEED_FXENDURANCE in Info Class was incorrect. Current XML file is: GameInfo/CIV4CultureLevelInfo.xml
