No. We get info in a matter of weeks. There is no official time frame for release yet.

and realistically Canada and the Netherlands could be real options. Did I found a clue for the double civ DLC?

Well, I am feeling vindicated at any rate. I had the 23rd at the highest likelihood for a full month. I predicted the launch would be preceeded by a flurry of Steam activity. The only place my prediction was wrong was the time of day. It came a few hours earlier than I expected.

Either it has to do with mac and linux testing or theres a hotfix of some sort coming

Hopefully maybe a AI tweak again, its better but still WAY TOO TIMID

Nevermind, I know what it is. People with the 25th anniversary edition are having trouble. They are working on a hot fix for it.

Yes. I believe we maybe actually getting a hotfix for something. I have no clue, Im with you on this one.
