Nonmurderous people

Since, very frequently, people post about how this or that country murdered people from this or that other country, I was wondering. What country has NOT done this?

So, the criteria for a country to have done this is, at some point in the history of the land of that country, people who lived there murdered some other people.

For example, the Romans murdered an assload of people. So that then includes Italians.

Mongols murdered a lot of people so that includes Russia and Mongolia.

Indonesians have a brutal history so that includes East Timor.

Alright, go!

The Swiss have killed loads. I mean just look at all the wars their mercenaries fought against the French, Spanish, Italians, etc... plus the war of indendence against the Holy Roman Empire, plus they fought against the French Reveloutionary Army which invaded them and set up a puppet Helavatic Republic. Finland has been part of Sweden (Vikings) and part of Russia(Russians and more Vikings). Both the Vikings and the Russians are known for being murderous. Also don't forget about the despicable treatment of the Lapps.
