Notification over-share [1.0.0.129 (260180)]

I have noticed this several times before (I couldn't see a thread for this already though) throughout the time that Civ VI has been out.
Sometimes the notifications will tell you about a Civ you have yet to meet. You can see here that it is talking about Russia and Rome. If you look at the leaders I have met, Peter is one but Trajan is not.

Another version of notification overshare - this time via the score tab:

As you can see, the domination tab tells me that England has lost their capital.
My issue with this is that I didn't know England was in the game!:

And I see it also shows this overshare in the technology and civics trees. You can see Vicki's face on the left:
