CFC timer has not been working properly for CET timezone users. Has this been fixed not?

I used it in my last game and it turned out that people on Chrome had issues with it.

yeah last game i hosted showed different times depending on the browser used.

That's what happens when people don't use full hour and year IIRC. There was a thread on that recently at the .org.
