Ohhh wow, I didn't know you could do that! Does that mean once the explorer gets off he can never get back on? Or can the destroyer take on missionarys, spies, and explorers forever?
I never use that method to declare war. I hold down the ALT key and click on the leaders name - WAR! It works in multi-player too (I think).I opened the diplomacy screen, so used to selecting "Let's discuss something else" and "Your head would look good on a pole" as we do to declare war on the AI. Well, nothing like that is avail on your diplomacy screen when you speak with another human player. There was no way to declare war!
We have previously offered places to the leaders of the world on our ship. Any leader that participates in this bombing campaign or war against us is now welcome.

My internet connection has just been reestablished. I've got a bit of an email back log to get through but will play turns as fast as I can. I'm also going on vacation from the 11th to 18th. I think I'll be able to play the saves as long as I remember to bring my disk this time.
