America is a powerfully democratic nation, and having communist in Panama, a country that doesn't know the difference between the two governments will make no trouble. They know who their nation is and who they belong to. If the USR still objects to the idea of communists so close to their nation we propose that they close their northern border to prevent the spread of communist to their nation. It is not that they are communist it is that they publicly and openly support the aggresive French government (you never received the pms I got from France after I talked to you...) and thus as a result war has been declared against the Socialist Republic of Vietnam due to their break in diplomatic, trade and all other relations with London.

Relations can be improved even if we both stand on diffrent grounds. The way we see it. We can either agree to disagree. Or we can overlook it all and make a seperate peace where both sides are free to continue on as before. We will not break relations with France, however we will agree to stay out of European Conflicts (Seeing as how little or help did anyways). Also, if we are freed from this war, we will be free to work the Panama Canal once again. If this happens, perhaps there is a way we can negotiate with the Americans to split the canal rights between our countries. Bringing prosperity to all sides.

No Vietnamese military presence was ever meant for the Panama Regions. The Territory is clearly US and already they have agreed to a Military presence of there own to be stationed there.

As For the Dutch and French Asian Terrioty of Indonesia and Malaysia, this territory will become completly independant, We will even surrender the land on the islands to go towards a free and united indonesia and Malaysia. The New Country will be allowed into both The Commonwealth and Sphere but it would be best that neither side tries to steer it for persoanl goals. The governemt can be a Social Democracy if that is a agreeable.
