Numpad Unit movement mod PLEASE!!!!

Hi Guys,

Casual user of Civ since the franchises inception, and I've always played on laptops and used the Numpad to control unit movement...

The Devs in all their wisdom have removed this basic function - any modders out there that feel like fixing it?!

I am not alone in my frustrations - this mod would be popular!

Not sure if this is doable from a coding point of view, but how would you want it to work?

Left and right are easy enough, but up and down both have two options with a hex grid - and making it so you hold up then press left or right might sound feasible, but likely makes the coding even tougher.

Not the arrows for movement - the numpad on the right of the keyboard.

Left =4
Up Left = 7
Up Right = 9
Right = 6
Down Right =3
Down Left = 1

It was like this for troop movement in previous versions of Civ - not sure why they've ditched it, but it makes playing on a laptop (without a mouse) EXCRUCIATING when you're used to the "old" way...
