The only grass in our yard is Chinese timber bamboo 'vivax'. It is 15 to 25 feet tall. It never needs mowing, but does require watering. I'll add a picture later.

We had the weirdest lightning storm ever last night as I was heading to bed. Every two-to-five seconds the entire sky would light up but without one whisper of thunder. This went on and on and on. In the end, there was a blast of thunder & the storm was over.
