Cool, but bright, with beautiful leaf fall starting here.
I thought standing water was what you wanted to eliminate to deal with mosquitoes?Dengue fever has spread to our island. The governor ordered that, this morning, residents burn tree branches, leaves, grass, seaweed etc. to drive the mosquitoes off. Today we has an all-encompassing grey pall, a lot like the Los Angeles I grew up in. [cough]
In Norway MOST people live around the coasts right? And you have snow already!?First snowfall here. A bit of hail then a bit of slush. Melted as soon as it hit the ground but the mountains turned a shade of white. Still a bit too early for that stuff is you ask me. I'd prefer if the snow waits until november/desember-ish.
Keep in mind that I'm well north of the wall. I'm told the southerners are still wearing their flipflops. In Norway MOST people live around the coasts right? And you have snow already!?
I don´t like snow that much anymore, i think i´m getting old. Before it was fun, now? Disgusting, can be pretty!
But when it melts, slippery, gray, wet and DISGUSTING. A little so, not to exaggerate now. Sometimes.
Especially that yellow snow have a weird taste, almost tastes like....
Anyone who think i would be serious on the net must be joking because it is a joke itself.
I can however switch fast, chameleon stylish.
Now for example i´m crying typing this.
For now, seconds later.... never mind.
Over and out

Woken up in the early morning hours by absolute quiet. After months, the Habragat winds have suddenly stopped blowing. The sea has no waves.
It's probably the same reason I don't live in Michigan. There's a reason I live in Michigan.
Too warm for me too here near Battle Creek ... I'm ready for boots and sweaters.Rainy and warm for September. I blame the hurricanes for pushing warm air north. They can keep it. Theres a reason I live in Michigan.
