Old game - start with no resources

Recently I saw a link to an old game where someone won by the AP where all the resources had been removed from the starting area. I didn't have time to read it at the time and now I can't find it! Anyone happen to recognise this game??

It is in Sullas adventurer series, Game 26.

Really interesting how cheesy they think the AP is before even cheesier methods were discovered!!
