One more power plant ?

A few weeks ago, I downloaded the History Rewritten mod and I enjoy it a lot. I believe it is fantastic work, congratulations for it

Do you think you could add an Oil power plant ? Maybe in the following way :
Coal Plant : 5 pollution instead of 4
Oil plant : 4 pollution
Gas plant : 3 pollution
When using fossile fuels, the higher the carbon / hydrogen ratio, the worse the pollution.

I mean we could, but unless there was some clear advantage to oil plants it wouldn't normally be worthwhile to build them instead of gas plants.

I was hoping to make the Gas Plant use either Gas or Oil, but it wasn't possible. At this stage there isn't a niche for an Oil Plant that isn't already covered, but if one becomes apparent I could add it.

How about a building that converts oil into gas, thus giving you the benefits of both resources and letting you power a gas plant either way?

Hm, that would interfere with the Refinery wonder, though.
