OPEN Babylonian SG

Nothing a few bucks and techs JUST before the vote can't cure...and some free spices until then.

They definitely all like us more than the Persians too, which accounts for their two choices--barring a big war with Persia by everyone else. If that DOES happen, then our main tech competitor is out of the race. That means we are open for other victory options! As odd as it may sound, if everyone else goes to war with Persia, we may have a shot at the Scientific Victory by doing research while they fight--does that sound like a good back-up plan to everyone in the event the war with Persia lasts and Persia is no longer our main competitor?

Rowain, that will actually work out great--hotrod said he would be back Wednesday night (EST though...but it's of course within a day), which means we won't have to skip his turn (and gives me time to study for my finals...ack!!!)

I thought this is an illegit move? It is only possible with stack movement and can lead to later gamecrashes or has there been some changes ?

This is can be very dangerous.
I have seen game crashes because of broken armies.

Plus, this goes AGAINST the intent of the game.

I agree with you in that . Problem is what to do now?

Should aneeshm replay his whole 20 turns since i guess he did it in his first or second turn?
or shall we continue with the risk of gamecrash and a bit of dirty-feeling?

If we agree to go on i'll download and play it tonight but i would prefer that we undo that move and aneeshm replays his turns.

Rowain

aneeshm,

Go ahead and replay your 20 moves without dismantling the swordsman army; this will take care of any crashes we might have (conscience or computer). I'm sure the cavalry army wasn't completely essential to your strategy, so you should be able to dominate again :)

I returned yesterdary but it appears that this game is still continuing. I will be able to play my turn when it comes around.

Hotrod

Welcome back, hotrod; I hope the trip was fun! You actually didn't miss anything; aneeshm needs to replay 20 turns, and then we will be picking right up again soon. I hope to play my turn just before finals week hits, or I will be dead in the water though.

OK , I'll repaly . But this time , there will be no war .I'll somehow get a ROP with the Persians (We cant afford the war .It was too great a drain on our resources .) Will post summary shortly .

I suggest NOT getting a replacement -
not that much time left to the game since our best bet is UN.
