Patch 7.5x Bugs

missing entries:

- Water works: TXT_KEY_BUILDING_WATER_WORKS_PEDIA
- TXT_KEY_BUILDING_WISHING_WELL_PEDIA
- Wildmana Guides: TXT_KEY_WILDMANA_AMURITES_PEDIA
- Special Ability: TXT_KEY_SPELL_PATHS_TO_ASCETICISM_PEDIA
- Units: TXT_KEY_UNIT_TREASURE_HUNTER_PEDIA
- Promotion: AISSIMILATED_MIND_HELP

in the pedia the section traits is bugged (can't click on any of them)

some of my latest items were not merged, is this intended or did you forget? (Hippus items)

ignore the pedia TXT_KEYs, just means no one has written a Pedia text yet.

  • fixes issues caused by moving Crusade Civic to a different category
  • fixes Grigori GreaterMuseum
  • fixes a few other minor issues
 
If you want, you could add the english text to the other languages in some TXT_KEYS where it is missing. that way someone playing with spanish language atleast gets some text displayed rather than nothing.

That would roxxor my boxxors. I hate when I'm playing in Spanish and there's just a "." and I have no idea what it's supposed to be so I can fix it.

Also, I was playing with Noble Houses turned on and never got an option to found any of them, nor did the House screen say they were founded somewhere else. :confused:
 
When beginning a new game my civ (don´t know if its the same for AI) starts with Despotism instead of NONE in the civ specific civics. Is that intended? Sorry if it has been reported already ;)

Give me a list of files known to need blanks filled in. I will start doing the same with my new entrys as well.

could be that Civ4WildmanaNew also has a few left. Other files look fine.

I have started to clean up the txt folder. Moved many finished files (spanish+german translation) into Civ4WildmanaTranslation2.xml

Saathei, can you finish spanish translation on the following files please?

StrategyOverlay_Civ4GameText.xml (used for BUG menu)
Civ4PassiveXP.xml (used for gameoption)
Civ4RangedWarfare.xml (used for gameoption)
Civ4PlotListEnhancements.xml (used for BUG)

then I move them into Civ4WildmanaTranslation2.xml so the folder has less files. I hope we can reach a status where the folder has 10-15 files so that it is more easy to see what files need which translation etc.
 
Same problem as I reported some days ago. Again playing as Grigori, getting House Ghallandar two times.

So far this would not be a really big problem. But These extremely high Maintenance Costs of between 39 in one city and 49 in my capital broke my weak starting Economy^^ (Don´t have Trade researched till now) Now at 0% science and -53 G/Turn XD

EDIT: I read in another thread, that it seems to be intended, that there are two headquarters. But didn´t understand why.
But aside this, the problem with the extremely high maintenance costs remains.

Is it possible to get Houses later, which were refused earlier in game?

There is a spanish translation in the RifE forums, may well be able to use some of that in Wild Mana. For example, Scions, Mazatl, new leaders/traits, and so on. :p

the 7.54 DO break saves ;) Remade a clean install with the 7.53 for going on with the current game.

Much more annoying (and as some people I also had tuned the boot.ini as a possible mean to avoid MAF's): playing on a standard erebuscontinents map with 7 other civs, I have to face dramatically increasing CTD's, not only when I try to reload a save ingame but foremost on attempting to open the advisor screens, whatever one it is. The same settings under i.e. 7.42 had run much stabler (P4, 3,4GHz, nearly 3 GB ram).

And from me too: thanks for your great work :)
 
The unique malakim ability to gain XP in deserts with a Empyrean priest does not work because the ability requires the unit to be on it's own in a tile, while also requiring the unit to be on the same tile as an Empyrean priest. The ability otherwise works fine for Divine units, though I'm not sure if Lightbringers can do it.

1. I have no purity counter. Build some buildings to increase purity counter and armageddon counter is 0. So in the Elohim+ thread it was said that the purity counter will show up when the value is above zero. Any ideas?

2. In the same game I built a palisade at the beginning to allow my archers to gain the wall defender promotion. But the archer built in the city with the palisade did not get the promotion.

regarding number 2: the palisade does not give promotions to the defenders, but provides additional defenses of its own accord.

regarding number 1: I am not sure what you mean by "purity counter"
The armegeddon counter will grow during the course of the game depending on the events within each game as to how fast and far.

2. In the civilopedia for palisade it is said that units built in the city get this promotion. The entry for the wall defender promotion states that ranged attack must be enabled (in my game it is enabled)

1. Purity counter is a special value for the Elohim which has been introduced by merging the module Elohim+ in Wild Mana. It significantly increases the power of monks and can be raised with certain buildings. But for me the purity counter did not show up.
