We Civ-players know what Women's Suffrage is. What non-civ players would realise that removing an element that reduces War Weariness is not a smart thing to do in time of war ??? Go easy on them ....

I'm betting though that the only reason such a video couldn't be made in, for instance, the Netherlands is that the Dutch word for women's suffrage isn't remotely obscure or similar enough to suffering to fool people into signing it.
Also, suffrage was a matter of public debate 90 years ago; it isn't now.

This is funny but you can get anyone to sign anything. I once saw a guy get the booths at a dog race track to pay out on five straight losers, and this is hard facts. People are very suggestable in general, use that right language and cueing and you can get almost anyone to sign anything. And intelligence is no indication of gulibility.
