2700 Supposedly St Pete wants to join HC's empire but we're not in a mood to give anything away.

2425 Moscow archer -> archer. It's back to size 5 now so it could build a settler, but figure another archer won't hurt.

Note to next player, 1S2E of the scout (in the NW of the picture) is a barb archer, try to avoid him. Close to the scouting warrior in the east is a barb warrior, so try to go through the forests.
I sent Moscow's worker over to St Pete and we have the horse pasture online since last turn. Moved the worker to the forest 1W of it and started chopping, due in 5 (after worker build finishes). Don't know what the hammers will be for, maybe a barracks if we want to spam some chariots.
After current archer build in Moscow (2 turns) I'd go for another settler, as it has no access to the horses yet. Maybe when the 2nd worker is online a road should be built between both cities, so Moscow can spam chariots as well, should we want to use them on HC. Otherwise I think we need sailing to connect through the northern river, and a road from Moscow to that river.
