usually with my hands, there is this one pizza joint though I go to where the pizza simply comes out too hot to barehand so I use a knife and fork until it cools down.

I think I have only used cutlery to eat a pizza once. It was a crappy pizza where the toppings kept falling off. New York style at that.

That should be a clue that New York style pizza sucks ass.

Hands, usually. However, I sometimes microwave it and it becomes too soft/hot to hold, so I eat it with a fork. Pretty much like lasagna.

Depends on the pizza. If I can hold it without burning my hand or having pieces falling off it or making my hand too greasy depending on the situation, I'll eat it with my hand. Otherwise, or if it's one of those gourmet pizza, cutlery.

Usually I blend it and pour it down my ear, sucking it through my sinuses before letting it drip into my mouth out my nose.

It's a very convoluted way to eat pizza, I know!

Fold the crust in half, if it's a true pizzeria pizza. Dominos often doesn't need it, and frozen pizzas like DiGiorno never need it, but a good NY style pizza needs to be folded in half or it flops over.
