Knife and Folk.
By the looks of it America needs a dose of white man's burden.
In a restaurant (a real one, not Pizzahut or Donmino's or something like that), usually with knife and fork, because they don't come pre-sliced, and the bottom is usually to thin and floppy to handle by hand. Unless there is a special technique for this that is unknown to me?.
@holycanolli, good Chicago style pizza doesn't usually need it either.
Folding pizza is just plain uncivilized.
