1) It will not happen to coastal cities with just 1 outlet
2) Naval units are dumped back to first coastal city
3) Tiles with bonuses won't be converted as well
4) Freshwater tiles won't be considered as well
5) A check is done to ensure that the city still remains coastal after conversion, else revert back the tile to coast

Ah, forgot to remove ice when reclaiming land lol.
Added one more line to remove ice

One side effect is, due to the newly reclaimed land, surrounding ocean tiles become coastal tiles.
Thus, you may end up seeing whales in coastal tiles
But since coastal tiles have higher yield compared to oceans, I doubt anyone is complaining?

Added a Redraw Rivers section for cosmetic effects.
In the picture above, the reclaimed tile is the SE tile.
This makes the horizontal river damn ugly, so I added a redraw rivers section and now it looks perfect

Removed leftover codes of Channel Tunnel in Zuiderzee Works. Pretty obvious what to remove

Full list of benefits of Zuiderzee:
1) Converts one Coastal Tile to Plains Tile, which should be more useful as you can build improvements, spread irrigation to inaccessible areas etc
2) Rivers extended in some cases as shown in examples. This brings extra commerce, extra yield due to levee and irrigation to more tiles than just the reclaimed tile. In the case of carthage in 2nd example, the city itself now has access to river, gaining health benefits, and ability to build extra buildings
3) Floodplains added to Reclaimed Tile if river passes through, making it even more fertile
4) Previous Ocean Tiles around Reclaimed tile converted to Coastal Tile, extra commerce and allows culture borders to spread further, more vision, more territory
5) Ability to create new freshwater lake in some cases, while maintaining as a coastal city. In the 1st example, the converted tile is North of Corinth. If the NE tile was a coastal tile as well, converting the N tile would have made the NE tile now a freshwater lake instead
6) It is possible that previously small islands off the continent will now be connected to the continent itself. This means that bonuses applied to the continent will now be applied to cities on those islands too, such as statue of liberty

i love this one its really unique and an amazing idea!
only thing is what if you build it really far up north? not sure if its possible but maybe a check to see what is the most common terrain around? because you could end up with tundra all around but adding a plain
otherwise it is really cool, but looked like a pain to code

Not something I need, but a cool idea is with the statue of liberty, which of course is in the game but editing it farther: have it be able to gift to another civ, you would have to redue benefits but the civ you give it to theres a diplo bonus, and possibly another one

To be realistic, I can add an additional condition, if there isn't any plains or grass around the city, don't reclaim land at all.
Else, what do you want to do with a reclaimed tundra or ice?

True, The J has a lot of popups hes good at coding that, but just have the AI pick a civ that its scared of or is good diplomacy with, and the city its built in could receive a bonus such as gold culture and maybe receive a great artist, trade routes with that city and diplo bonus, while the other civ has smaller additions, just an idea

Ever think of doing projects that place resources? You could do the Tokyo fish market (not sure if thats its name, just guessing), where if the city has access to fish, it plans another fish resource nearby

another idea is crop rotation, all corn/weat gain food bonus

1) Doing the opposite should be possible as well although it may have the opposite side effects, such as cutting off a city on a penisular where the only tile connecting to the main land is a desert. Converting it to ocean would make the city an island instead, cutting off of rivers since the tile is now coastal rivers dont flow there, removing freshwater benefits etc.
This may end up having more cons than pros

2) The random giving wonder now sounds like the channel tunnel which places a second channel tunnel to a civ with friendly attitude. Only difference is, remove the original channel tunnel so it seems like the channel tunnel is "gifted" or "moved" from builder city to new city.

3) Not too tough, although in some cases, the city may not have the plots to plant the duplicate copy. For instance, if the city only has 1 water plot which has fish, there is no way to plant a new fish

4) It is only possible to increase yield of certain improvements, but not resources. To do that, I would have to go through each and every plot to check if the plot has the resource and add the yield individually. However, when plot is gained or lost, the yield bonus will still be there so pretty ugly in my opinion

just another idea, some type of project that resembles cars not using gas anymore (either electricity or water) where tanks etc no longer requier oil to build

Thus, units without amphibious promotion will get penalty to attack the city.

This is added to building itself, so it is enhanced by banks, grocerers etc

2) 5th to 9th times, +1 Free GE
10th to 14th times, + 2 Free GE
and so on

3) Cost Increases by 20% each time

4) Only other players can rebuild it

5) Once rebuilt, previous one removed

3) National Wonder, but has similar settings of World Wonder, 100% conquer rate, Immune to Nukes, message when built etc
4) As a NW, movies wont be shown unless some modifications done. Also, won't show up in WonderInfo page.

Modifications to benefits:
Changed from spawning free Great Engineers to additional Engineer specialists. Because GE can be used to rush wonders, I do not want to give free GE for them to store and rush a new Burj Khalifa.

1~3 Times, 2 Engineers
4~6 Times, 3 Engineers
7~9 Times, 4 Engineers and so on

you know, instead of setting max global instances to 999 you could have just done -1 and then usee the same code...

If I do so, without setting Max Player Instance as 1, then with everything -1, it is just a normal building.

And if that is so, I will still have to do an extra part in cannotConstruct, to restrict it to be only buildable in just 1 city per player.
And as a normal building, it will not even show up in Wonders page of civilopedia

As such, by setting it as a National Wonder, I totally got rid of the need to use cannotConstruct function
