so i need help: what should be the mindset of BB and Vercing? what should be the traits and civic if the third leader?

new leader: boadicea (aggressive spiritual, favors vassalage)
UU change: +100% bonus against melee unit instead of +50% for regular axeman
plus better civilopedia
