Pmod01 - A lightly modded SG

Even though I think Mound City would benefit more from WS because of how it works off the :commerce: modifiers (from what I understand) i guess it'll be allright in there, hard call because Nottingham would be a great HE/WP city too. It'll do good for units having that GG in there.
Otherwise I think upgrading those muskets and deleting the obsolete units will help on unit costs.

- Adjust :espionage:. We have >11000 on mao, and no techs to steal. Would be nice to see demographics of other opponents.

Current status
- we can tech @ 70% and still put in > 100 :gold:/turn. We are running just under 1000 :science: per turn.
- I concentrated on coal plants and factories and such this turn, I think next set should concentrate on observatories and universities and such
- Mao is ahead of us in tech, as he built broadway before we even had electricity! He is teching pretty heavily - we may want to run some deficit research for a bit to help catch up - especially while building universities and observatories.
- Our power graph is fine.
- For mao - might be worth sending some spies over there to pillage like crazy or do some sneaky things to slow down his research.
- We planned poorly, as our military pump (Cahokia) already had 1 national wonder (Forbidden Palace) in place when the Heroic Epic finished. Therefore, no ability to put WP in there. So we should decide on another spot for WP. Maybe Dover because it has high :hammers:? However, we are tops in military power, so we may not need as many :hammers: as Dover can provide. Since we are going for space race, Dover would probably be best served building ship parts when the time comes.
- Also, now we have techs to steal from Mao, whereas at the beginning of my turnset, that field was blank. We need a few thousand more :espionage: to do so. So we may want to reallocate :espionage: now that we see everyone elses demo data.

EDIT: Nottingham building :gold: - eventually that should probably be turned off in favor of some other infra buildings, when the time is right. Right now it was just set to help keep :science: pace with Mao.

Holy crap. I can't believe I missed that. Wow. Sorry guys, I had completely forgotten where the FP was.

The good news is that I don't expect a lot of warring the rest of this game. That doesn't make this any less dumb, though. Just...wow.

yeah I'm not overly concerned about it.. we have multiple places that WP can go to - so not a big deal at all. Cahokia will pump out a bunch of inexperienced grunts at a rate that the enemy can't keep up with, some other place will pump out 4 star generals.
 
So my turnset finally ended.. It's not that much to mention. It was mainly a builder's set and I tried to get back to the leading position in the tech race. And whereever it was possible I completed some more EP-buildings. I fired most of the engeneers as we need cash or breakers for the necessary techs.
So this is what had happend (and is at least of some interest):

We born a GM in Nottingham. I didn't settle him right away so we can discuss whether there is a better use for him at the moment.. And we got lucky and popped another source of iron.

1912:
Electicity is in and we went on with industrialism on our way to plastic. And for further spreading of our religion I signed this deal:

Charly came asking for a funny deal: 200 Gold + MS for Assmbly Line. I frendly denied. But instead Wang agreed this deal:

So here I stoped. There is a galleon with some missionaries one turn away from Charlies city on his western coast. A spy is just waiting over there to get the religion spread here. I'm not sure whether this will influence anything as we're in FR but it's worth a try. And there is another spy in Toku's western city to take away medicine within a few turns!!
So the next player should go on to connect some oil to our cities, and build a few tanks to counter any further attempt on us. And we should keep the deficit resurch at least until we've got some oil for destroyers and tanks! And we need to discuss what to do with the GM!!

I'd say we should trade route the GM, and it's not even close. That's a lot of potential deficit research -- more valuable than anything else we could do with him, I think.
 
I agree about the GM should allow us to run in 100% for a while. Anything we can steal is one less tech to research! Delete out any old units and build some tanks for border protection. We don't want Charlie getting any more ideas! Otherwise, I think we're on the right road to getting off the planet. What's the roster?
