Is it freeing oneself from the tyranny of Popism?

Is it a homage to the Mayan's forced acceptance of Catholicism?

Is it about the tyranny of religion in general?

Or is it about facing the abyss without anything more than either atheism or some ill formulated metaphysical hope of nothing?

Just how many real atheists are there? I mean atheists who when faced with their own destruction would stand fast by their belief in nothing or no-one?

Personally, I favour bars of soap (in the shape of the Pope) on a rope.

So is every Christian who once doubted the existence of God not a real Christian? In any case, I find it troublesome to treat atheism as a belief to begin with. For instance, I believe in atheism as much as I believe in that 2 + 2 is 4. That is, what I actually believe in is the truth-value of reason and logic. Atheism is just the conclusion of this believe just as much as 2 + 2 = 4 is.

Personally, I favour bars of soap (in the shape of the Pope) on a rope.
