I went though all the different combinations left after just getting BTS and there are just three: Creative Charismatic, Industrial Philosophical, & Organized Protectionist. I was hoping I could find someone to post 3 leaders with these characteristics. Here are my suggestions:

Creative Charismatic - Maria Theresa, Holy Roman Empire (time of Mozart and of the partition of Poland)
Organized Protectionist - Shigeru Yoshida, Japan (began reforms that lead to the boom of 1960-1990)
Industrial Philosophic - Simone Bolivar, Gran Columbia (joined northern Latin America into one government briefly and definately liberated most of it). UU: British Legion, basically the English UU. Starting with The Wheel & Hunting. Special Building: Training Camp instead of Barracks give every unit first strike. Capital is Bogota.

I just want to complete the possibilities and this is what I could come up with. Any other suggestions or offers to do this?

I bet the thousands of people he electrocuted would dispute that. You know, 96% of the people voted for Saddam Hussein too. Does that make him not a dictator but a democratically elected individual? You know that Castro holds elections and so did the Soviet Union. Just the fact that one holds election does not make one a democratic leader. And also he took over with the military in a bloody coup in 1974. Pinochet was a dictator, and particularly bloody and terrible one.

Benin, Lebanon, Palmyra, Parthia, Timurids and Xiong Nu have been added to the build.

Garamentes, Latvia, Huns, Kitara, Malaysia, Nazca, Arawak, and Philippines are works in progress (but close to completion).

Also adding about 25 new leaders to existing civs (not counting "Nature of Man" additions), chaging the art work for a dozen or so existing leaders, and reorganizing the current North American native civs.

When? Soon. I'll post a definite date early next week.
