Amadea queen of beauty declares she does not like manatee! He eats away belivers of her love, taking away passion and beauty. And for that she will punish him with a curse that will take away any sexual organs from him and make him never have sex!
If he swears to cease the activity of eating love subjects or at least minimize it to a all low minimum then maybe she will allow him tiny sexual organs.

Manatee sole existence is to devour everything that exist or will exist. Us gods cannot allow such a being to exist freely and unchecked. Instead of giving him what he wants we must fight him! And send him away from our eternal world!

I thought those things over and reached a distantly similar, but really pretty different idea. Basically, he should leave the unfilled areas as a primordial, chaotic landscape and have the creatures and followers of the gods expand, each bearing his ruler's mark and spreading his realm thusly. And when the forces of hostile deities clash, the primordial Wars of World-Shaping shall commence, the landscapes changing as armies and gods alike clash on the ancient battlefields, leaving behind destroyed mountains, trampled forests and ghosts of ancient warrior heroes. And when both the armies and the very world itself will grow exhausted from the fighting - lo! The Greatest One himself will fortify the world's new shape, and so the Age of Shaping will be over, while the gods, powerless to change the new rules, will be forced to work with them for the time being, while the mortals will sigh a sigh of relief and attempt to get on with their lives. But the new Age, though somewhat less chaotic and shifting, will still be full of peril for all the inhabitants of the world.
Eh. I guess that works too.
I have 150 Polematians at my mountain; I think that should count.

The arbitrary justice, the destructive logic, the perverse incentives, the corruption, the incompetence, the misery heaped on others and most importantly the glorious lack of responsibility, accountability or caring for anyone other than itself.

I need those temples, or more correctly want them. Promise that there will always be enough people to build beautiful statues and temples and paint beautiful pictures OF ME and I will bless you with foolish followers that will follow you to get eaten. I will also make baby pinkis that will grow feeding on stupid humans which you could then devour yourself, that will save you time.
