Hey, Crezth, I have an AP-related question. Are the AP that we see in our government stats given after you subtract all Maintainable AP? So, for example, if I have two active projects and my stats show 5 AP, does it mean that that 5 AP do NOT include the 2 AP I'm already spending on those active projects?

P.S. Also, my EP has dropped from 285 (end of last turn) to 113, and my Tax Power is still 11 instead of 13. I think there's a glitch in the stats.

You can't really support 40 divisions in not-Italy without Italy. You should have a few more divisions than 0, though: about 11. I'll fix it when I can.

Yes, all AP used for maintenance is deducted automatically, for doctrines and policies alike.

P.S. Yeah I finally fixed the Tax Code bug so you should have your Tax Power now. Also the audit now includes all information (expenditures AND revenues) for all your programs, to the effect that you can now see Bohmenelektrizitatswerke ran at a 99 EP deficit last year*. Nevertheless, now that your profits have been correctly apportioned, and taxes corrected, your economy should be looking much better than the 50% contraction you were seeing before lmao.

*But you built a lot of electronics, so, you know, there's that.

Okay you've been talking a lot about unit maintenance. Is that taken out of IC or EP? Because if it's the latter, then obviously the benefit of a lot of cash is you can support a lot of units.

Unit maintenance will require IC as of next update (which, as usual, must be bought with EP). The audit will also start including the effects of build-up efforts including exactly how many divisions were raised, how expensive/efficient it was, etc.

Nah, it looks like I have 1 more EXP but I'm pretty sure it's a bug that you don't have a considerable amount more. I think flow is "EXP gained this year" but I don't actually know what you mean by flow.
