Unless I've had a relapse recently and for some odd reason I'm just imagining all of this, I think you should look over those numbers again.

EDIT: I haven't really seen a start date for this, so I could be wrong, but for some reason I was under the impression that this was pre-1900. Am I wrong?

Though it's 1900, tech levels are closer to 1840-50. So you're right Dark, those numbers do seem off...and I've gotten complaints about them before. I'll do some tweaking after I take lesser industrialization into account.
