Problems With Displaying Leaders

Hi

I was playing Warlords single player and whenever i meet stalin, wang kon, Federick, hapsetsup, Mehmed II and peter their faces will be scratchy, i have a few examples here.

I have a Radeon 9250 which is definatly compatible with civ as the minimum requiremets are a Radeon 7500.

I believe firaxis should make a patch thats fixes this.

I have the exact same problem with my Radeon 9200 card. I've no idea how to fix it...but I suspect it has something to do with the shader support that our cards lack.

If there were a way to fix it, I would be extremly greatful.
