Well, I think I replied within 36 hours

I don't have the app store version of CivBE. The above info on file locations is all about the Steam version, and if it's anything like Civ5, the app store locations are all different. Civ5 app store keeps user-specific data such as saves, mods and .ini files in a sandboxed folder at ~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.civ5campaign/Data/Library/Application Support/Civilization V Campaign Edition/, but I don't know whether there is an equivalent location for CivBE.
