And the Irish Celt-Punk (or Wannabe Irish American):

Flogging Molly:

I cry when I hear that (my father died earlier this year).

Dropkick Murphys:

Shebeen:

Shebeen in concert is a great experience. They were supposed to have played in Belfast last summer, for the first time ever, but got banned (again), so they played in Dublin instead. Great concert (even though this song was banned there as well).

Edit: Funny how none of these bands are actually Irish...
In Flogging Molly, only the singer is Irish (which is obvious with those hard th sounds), Dropkick Murphys is from Boston, and Shebeen is based in Glasgow.

Well, to be fair to Dropkick, they're pretty big on being Boston Irish in particular. It's a specifically diasporic shtick.

lyrics:

we hate the ramones x3

death and hatred to their long hair
and their teenage demeanor
we hate the ramones

30 albums with the same stuff
you all just celebrated them
as farewell they had themselves cloned
now we're stuck with this crap
at every street corner
there's look-alikes hanging around

we hate the ramones x3

death and hatred to their long hair
and their teenage demeanor
we hate the ramones

c-r-a-p r-a-m--o-n-e-s
bowlegs and a stick up his arse
joey ramone has polio

chlamydia is an illnes,
and if you're just a little bit punk
you better listen to jethro tull

we hate the ramones x3

death and hatred to their long hair
and their teenage demeanor
we hate the ramones
